Key Responsibilities

  • Create user-centric UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications
  • Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs for improved usability
  • Ensure consistency in design systems, branding, and interaction patterns
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
  • Analyze user behavior and data to inform design decisions
  • Guide and mentor junior designers—review their work, provide constructive feedback, and support their growth
  • Have knowledge of branding
  • Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
  • Strong understanding of design principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in working with agile teams and design handoffs
  • Portfolio demonstrating design process, creativity, and problem-solving

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
