Primary Objectives: Optimize Global Efficiency through India Talent Deployment: ○Strategically recruit, deploy and integrate top-tier talent in India to enhance productivity and scale our global operations.○Develop and implement innovative strategies to harness India's talent, driving excellence in product and technology.● Drive Collaborative Global Initiatives: ○Ensure seamless collaboration between India and global teams to support and achieve seamless ○Establish a strong communication framework to align India operations with Lightcast vision, mission and organizational objectives● Achieve Operational Excellence: ○Oversee all site operations, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and local regulations.○Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to maximize operational efficiency.○Reinforce High standards of accountability and performance across all operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the India operations team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. Drive the recruitment, retention, and development of top-tier talent to support our core global product and technology initiatives. Formulate and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality. Exercise vigilant financial management, ensuring budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization are aligned with corporate goals. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with global objectives: Talent Acquisition and Retention: Achieve a 90% retention rate of key talent. Operational Efficiency: Increase throughput metrics by 15% annually. Financial Performance: Maintain operational costs within 95% of the allocated budget. Training and Development: Ensure 100% participation in quarterly training programs. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and operational success. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Skills/Abilities:

Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within the technology or data-centric industries. Strong understanding of the Indian talent landscape and proven ability to scale global operations. Exceptional strategic planning, financial management, and operational execution skills. Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results and accountability.

Education and Experience:

Experience in an executive role, with a proven track record of strategic decision-making. Management experience in global organizations, including remote work organizations Leadership experience in a software product organization preferred. A valid Director Identification Number is required.
