Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineering Leader with a strong background in front-end, back-end, DevOps, AI/ML, and experience in both web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of multi-tenancy architectures and a strong grasp of modern development practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). 


Key Responsibilities:  


  • Leadership & Strategy:  
  • Architect and drive the technical vision for Uplevyl’s multi-tenant SaaS platform. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. 
  • Ensure all engineering efforts are aligned with business objectives, with a focus on timely and high-quality delivery. 

 

  • Technical Execution:  
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless integration with AI/ML capabilities. 
  • Implement and manage a robust multi-tenant architecture, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. 
  • Lead DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and comprehensive monitoring solutions. 
  • Integrate and manage cloud services such as AWS (Redshift, Postgres), Firebase, and others for data management and platform reliability. 
  • Utilize tools like GitHub, Jira, LaunchDarkly, and BitRise for efficient development and deployment workflows. 
  • Drive AI/ML integration using tools like OpenAI API, Pinecone, AssemblyAI, and Chat GPT to enhance platform capabilities. 
  • Manage platform engagement tools like Recombee, GetStream, Zoom, Mux. 


  • Quality & Performance:  
  • Establish and enforce best practices in coding, architecture, and design to ensure quality and performance across all engineering outputs. 
  • Ensure the platform's infrastructure supports high availability and performance, leveraging tools like DataDog for monitoring and Metabase for analytics. 
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance the development process and product quality. 


  • Collaboration & Communication:  
  • Act as a key technical liaison between the engineering team and other departments, including marketing, sales, and project management. 
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the engineering team. 


Qualifications:  


  • Technical Skills:  
  • Extensive experience with full stack development, including expertise in modern front-end frameworks (especially React, React Native, Nextjs ) and back-end technologies (especially Node.js, Python, Java). 
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud services (AWS, Firebase, Google Cloud). 
  • Proven experience with multi-tenant architecture in a SaaS environment. 
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and their application in enhancing user experience and personalization. 
  • Experience with mobile app development for both iOS and Android platforms. 
  • Strong understanding of data tools and platforms such as Power BI, Microsoft 365, Office 365, Power Automate & SharePoint. 


  • Leadership Skills:  
  • Proven ability to lead and manage engineering teams in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
