Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Analyst located in Gurugram. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large data sets to support business decision making. Key tasks include developing data models, conducting statistical analyses, and preparing reports. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is also a crucial part of the role.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    :

Analyze operational, product, and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making.

  • Process Improvement
    :

Identify opportunities to improve business processes and workflows through data analysis, contributing to enhanced efficiency and optimization.

  • Strategic Support
    :

Provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders, supporting strategic product initiatives, marketing efforts, and operational improvements.

  • Data Management
    :

Work with large, complex datasets, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and completeness, and contribute to data collection and maintenance.

  • Collaboration
    :

Work with and provide insights to cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, engineering, and executive leadership.

  • Performance Tracking
    :

Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to measure the performance of products and business initiatives.

  • Innovation
    :

Integrate new data sources and technologies to innovate and optimize analytics capabilities within the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Skills
    :

Proficiency in SQL, Advance Excel mandatory and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) can be added skills to it.

  • Analytical Skills
    :

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets.

  • Communication
    :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Industry Experience
    :

Experience in data analytics, ideally within the telecommunications or mobile money sector.

  • Education
    :

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
