Role Overview

The Business Acquisition Associate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with brands and agencies . This role requires a strong background in media or advertising sales , a proven ability to close high-value deals , and a strategic approach to securing long-term retainer partnerships . The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of independently managing the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities


• Business Development: Identify and approach prospective clients, presenting Nofiltr Social's offerings effectively.


• Strategic Partnerships: Develop and negotiate long-term retainer agreements with brands and agencies.


• Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive revenue by securing campaign-based and retainer deals in influencer marketing.


• Negotiation & Contract Management: Structure commercial agreements to align with business objectives.


• Market Research & Positioning: Stay updated on industry trends and identify growth opportunities.


• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business.


• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key sales metrics to ensure revenue targets are met.

Candidate Requirements


• 3-7 years of experience in media sales, ad sales, digital marketing sales, or influencer marketing sales.


• Demonstrated success in closing high-value sales deals and achieving revenue targets.


• Strong network of industry contacts within brands, agencies, and media platforms.


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.


• A highly self-motivated, target-driven, and field-oriented approach to sales.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
