Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Enrollment Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting leads generated from our engaging workshops, events, masterclasses, and webinars into enthusiastic participants in our sound healing programs and valued customers of our related products. You will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, guiding them on their journey to discover the benefits of our unique offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification & Nurturing:  Proactively engage with leads generated from workshops, events, masterclasses, and webinars through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Needs Assessment:  Understand potential clients' individual needs and challenges, and effectively articulate how our programs and products can provide solutions and benefits.
  • Program & Product Presentation:  Clearly and persuasively present the features, benefits, and value of our sound healing programs, workshops, and related products.
  • Enrollment & Sales:  Guide potential clients through the enrollment or purchase process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Relationship Building:  Build rapport and establish trust with leads, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Sales Tracking & Reporting:  Accurately track sales activities and results in our CRM system.
  • Achieve Sales Targets:  Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Customer Service:  Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Stay Informed:  Maintain a thorough understanding of our programs, products, and the sound healing industry.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or lead conversion, preferably in the wellness, education, or online program space.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Passion for sound healing, mindfulness, and personal growth is a strong asset.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with leads online.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with sound healing practices or related modalities (e.g., meditation, yoga).
  • Familiarity with the online learning environment.
  • Experience selling online courses or programs.
