We are looking for a Senior Leadership role in Finance for our client in the power and energy sectorJob Title -General Manager – FinanceDepartment FinanceReporting Senior ManagementLocation Noida-Industry Preference : ManufacturingKey Skills Banking & Relationship Management• Fundraising & Loan Syndication• Treasury & Cash Flow Management• Working Capital Optimization• Compliance & Regulatory Management• Financial Planning & Structuring• Risk Management & Hedging• MIS & ReportingKey ResponsibilitiesBanking & Relationship Management• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions• Ensure timely renewals, sanctions, disbursements, and compliance with banking covenants• Handle consortium banking and multiple banking arrangements• Fundraising & Loan Management• Lead fundraising activities including term loans, working capital, and project financing• Structure, negotiate, and finalize loan agreements with banks and financial institutions• Manage refinancing, restructuring, and debt servicing to optimize cost of capital Treasury & Fund Management• Oversee treasury operations and fund management• Monitor daily cash flows, liquidity, and short-term investments• Optimize working capital through efficient fund allocation• Manage treasury risk, forex exposure, and hedgingStrategic Finance & Planning• Develop and execute fund planning strategies for growth• Support in capital structuring, financial modeling, and planning• Provide inputs for expansion projects and new venturesCompliance & Reporting• Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, FEMA, and statutory requirements• Prepare MIS and treasury reports for management• Coordinate with auditors, rating agencies, and regulators Behavioral & Functional Competencies • Strong leadership and decision-making• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills• High integrity and ethical conduct• Strategic and analytical mindset• Strong communication and relationship management• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines• Collaborative and team-oriented approachQualification •Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory • Additional qualifications like CFA / MBA (Finance / Banking / Treasury) preferred
