Brief Summary: We are seeking an experienced EDI/SPS CommerceHub Specialist to oversee and manage our inventory updates and drop shipment order processing. This critical role ensures that inventory data is timely and accurately updated across our systems and platforms, with a strong emphasis on meeting financial objectives for BBI and RMX . The successful candidate will have deep experience with SPS/CommerceHub and EDI, as well as a strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring no gaps in process execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management:

Oversee manual inventory updates using SPS/CommerceHub, ensuring accuracy and

timeliness.

Monitor stock levels and provide updates to internal teams to prevent delays or discrepancies.

Ensure inventory data submissions are aligned with financial goals and timelines.

  • Order Processing (Drop Shipment):

Manage the processing of drop shipment orders, ensuring smooth and accurate transactions

from start to finish.

Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely processing and order fulfillment.

Address and resolve any issues related to order delays or data errors.

  • Data Accuracy & Submission:

Ensure timely and precise submission of data files related to inventory and orders, avoiding

any delays in financial reporting.

Maintain up-to-date records of inventory levels and orders to avoid discrepancies that could

impact revenue goals.

  • System Expertise:

Serve as the point person for all SPS/CommerceHub and EDI operations.

Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce manual efforts and streamline

order processing and data management.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and aligned

inventory and order data.

Provide regular reports and updates on inventory status and order processing performance.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Proven experience (2-4 years) with SPS/CommerceHub and EDI systems.
  • Should have worked in manufacturing industry and have sales operations background.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience in inventory management, order processing, and supply chain operations.
  • Ability to work independently and ensure timely execution of tasks without supervision.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred experience using QuickBooks/Hubspot.
  • Familiarity with drop shipment processes and supply chain best practices.
