Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services. This role will enhance brand awareness within the digital space, drive website traffic, and acquire leads/customers.Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy and Planning:Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional campaigns.Content Creation and Management:Create, manage, and optimize content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality and engaging content.SEO and SEM:Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings.Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to drive targeted traffic.Social Media Management:Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.Monitor and analyze social media performance and make data-driven recommendations.Email Marketing:Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.Manage email lists and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.Analytics and Reporting:Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns.Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor website performance and user behavior.Budget Management:Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI.Monitor spending and ensure campaigns stay within budget.Collaboration and Coordination:Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the IT industry.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Experience with web design and development is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities.Flexible working hours and remote work options.
