Packaging plays a central role in telling our story, and we’re looking for askilled designerto help us bring it to life acrosspouches, gifting sets, and product experiences.This role is for someone who has already worked in theFMCG/D2C spaceand understands the nuances ofpackaging design, brand storytelling, and digital branding.How to Apply (Most important step)Send an email to with subject line:“Packaging & Branding Designer – (Your Name)”Include:Your updated Behance or similar portfolio (specifically in FMCG/packaging projects).2–3 examples of packaging or branding work you’ve created for FMCG/D2C brands.How many years of experience do you have in packaging designs? Can you create print-ready files?How many years of experience do you have in branding creatives like banners, Product Mockups, etcHave you created A+ content banners/ images for Amazon Brand Store, websites, etc?Tools you are proficient in?What You’ll Be DoingPackaging Design:Create retail-ready packaging such as stand-up pouches, dip tea pouches, gifting boxes, sleeves, and premium kits.Product Mockups:Generate realistic mockups for presentations, e-commerce listings, and internal reviews.Brand Collaterals:Design banners, posters, and campaign creatives for bothoffline & online use.E-commerce Branding:Develop listing images, A+ content, and brand store creatives for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C websites.What We’re Looking ForPrior experience inFMCG/D2C packaging design(pouches, labels, gifting sets).Proficiency inAdobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAWStrong knowledge oftypography, color theory, and printing processes.Ability to adapt designs formultiple media (print, digital, e-commerce).Detail-oriented, consistent, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Creative mindset with akeen sense of premium aesthetics.Bonus: Experience withmockup toolsor 3D visualization for packaging.This is not a role for “just a graphic designer.” We’re looking for someone who canelevate packaging into storytellingand help Hill Queen Tea create amemorable, premium presenceacross retail shelves, digital platforms, and consumer experiences.
