Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor located in Jaipur. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring service standards are met, managing staff, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Duties include scheduling shifts, training staff, monitoring inventory, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints. The supervisor will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.

  • Food Service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or relevant field is a plus
