Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer or Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in solving complex problems and driving innovation in our machine learning initiatives.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various applications, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts, to understand business requirements and design effective machine learning solutions.
  • Pre-process and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and features for model development.
  • Evaluate and fine-tune existing models for enhanced performance and adaptability.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into our projects.
  • Design and conduct experiments to assess model robustness, reliability, and generalization capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
  • Mentor junior members of the team, providing guidance on best practices and fostering a collaborative learning environment.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning model development and deployment.
  • Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering complex machine learning projects.
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Python, and proficiency with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • In-depth understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms.
