We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketer with 5-7 years of experience, particularly adept in Meta Ads, e-commerce, Google Ads, and SEO within the e-commerce domain. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for our e-commerce platform.


Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to optimize performance across various channels, with a focus on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
  2. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to inform campaign strategies and improve ROI.
  3. Create compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
  4. Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize return on investment and achieve business objectives.
  5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing, particularly within the eCommerce sector.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and analytics to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  8. Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  9. Continuously test and iterate on marketing strategies, ad creatives, and targeting parameters to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
  10. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and platforms in digital marketing, exploring opportunities for innovation and growth.


Requirements:


  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Proven experience of 5-7 years in digital marketing, with a focus on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO in the e-commerce sector.
  3. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  8. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and trends in digital marketing.
  9. Experience working in an eCommerce environment is highly desirable.
