Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities- Ensure SLA delivery for each process.
- Ensure quality of files processed by the Operations team are within the specified guidelines.
- Achieve service to sales numbers.
- Ensure all cash management services at the branch are delivered.
- Achieve service-related TAT and specific deliverables like generating tokens, FTR, TAT, etc.
- Perform data analysis and share best practices with the team.
- Ensure implementation of policies and processes.
- Coordinate with various head office and cross-functional departments, providing feedback.
- Recruiting, manpower forecasting, and planning.
- Ensure highest levels of employee relationship, motivation, and engagement to drive results and high levels of employee satisfaction.
- Manage vendors (CPV Agencies).
- Ensure compliance and integrity within the area/region.
- Support all new initiatives and functional projects of the function.

Required Qualifications and Experience- 3-4 years of experience, with a minimum of 1 year managing branch operations.
- Postgraduate preferred.
- Collaborative work style to engage with peers and colleagues across the company.
- Excellent communication s along with strong presentation and data analytics s.
- Self-motivated and a self-starter.
