Tax PMO needs a full-time analyst needed to support the PMO org in key deliverables related to Tax & Treasury reporting, and more broadly, to support executive deliverables across the Tax, Treasury, Insurance, and Stock Services functions. This role will partner across Tax, Treasury and Finance teams to manage liquidity, capital, and intercompany flows while supporting core tax reporting and planning. The role will support global Tax and Treasury operations through data-driven insights, data management, reporting, operational excellence, strong process governance and compliant execution across Tax org processes. To manage data, this role will assist with the design and testing of Tax and Treasury applications, manages Oracle APEX-based data repositories, and prepares recurring reports and dashboards covering cash visibility, tax schedules, liquidity metrics, and capital planning. The analyst will support integrated Tax–Treasury workflows—including cash tax forecasting, intercompany settlements, repatriation and funding processes, withholding tax tracking, and compliance calendar alignment—while executing monthly and quarterly close tasks and preparing supporting schedules in coordination with Finance and IT. This role also supports research and benchmarking to support planning activities, maintains SOPs, RACIs, and control documentation, and provides audit and compliance support through organized evidence management. Additionally, the analyst documents end-to-end processes, manages task-level procedures, coordinates cross-functionally to gather inputs, and resolve dependencies, and maintains risk and issue logs to ensure timely follow-up, operational consistency, and continuous improvement across the Tax & Treasury function. 1. Tax–Treasury Application Support, Data Management & Reporting:  Application Development & Governance Support: Assist with the design, updates, and maintenance of Tax (and Treasury, where applicable) applications by gathering requirements, performing testing, documenting changes, and supporting governance activities. Data Models & APEX Repository Management: Build and maintain Oracle APEX-based tax data repositories by preparing data inputs, validating transformations, tracking audit trails, and ensuring that system content remains accurate and up to date. Reporting & Dashboard Production: Prepare standardized, timely, and accurate recurring reports and dashboards that support cash visibility, tax schedules, liquidity management, leadership updates, and internal/external compliance needs.  Liquidity Reporting: Prepare and deliver recurring reports, including cash position updates, swap sensitivity analyses, and stock repurchase summaries.   2. Tax–Treasury Process Execution & Operational Support Tax–Treasury Integration Support: Provide execution support for cash tax forecasting, intercompany settlements, repatriation/funding workflows, withholding tax tracking, and alignment of reporting with compliance calendars. Close & Filing Cycle Support: Execute repeatable tasks tied to monthly and quarterly close activities, prepare supporting schedules, coordinate inputs from Finance/IT, and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time. Research Support: Support the Tax & Treasury Planning teams with market research, peer benchmarking, investment & borrowing rates, and financial analysis using Bloomberg data. 3. Governance, Controls & Documentation SOP, RACI & Control Documentation Maintenance: Draft, update, and maintain SOPs, RACIs, and control narratives to support consistent execution and audit readiness across Tax & Treasury processes. Compliance & Audit Support: Organize evidence, maintain documentation repositories, support internal/external audits, and ensure adherence to established policies, controls, and segregation-of-duties requirements. 4. Process Documentation, Coordination & Continuous Improvement Process Mapping & Task-Level Documentation: Document end-to-end workflows and detailed process steps to support clarity, training, and process consistency across global teams.Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a coordination point between Tax, Treasury, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to collect inputs, clarify requirements, track dependencies, and ensure smooth execution of deliverables. Risk & Issue Tracking: Maintain risk and issue logs, track follow-ups, highlight dependencies or timing concerns, and provide clear summaries to process owners and management. Career Level - IC3
