The Position 

As a Advanced Operations Analyst II at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:

Lead, design, implement, and manage MoveIT (Managed File Transfer), Carbon Black (Bit9), and McAfee (ePo) services, along with Windows and operations knowledge. Proactively engage in close dialogue with IT architects, specialists, and stakeholders to create and improve awareness of technical deliveries and meet business expectations. Bridge the gap between stakeholder requirements, project teams, and IT vendors to ensure efficient IT infrastructure support and services. Provide technical expertise, stakeholder and vendor management, and effective communication skills. Deliver high-quality results, focus on user needs, and drive innovative initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 8+ years of experience and proficiency in Windows infrastructure support. 5+ years of experience in leading, designing, implementing, and managing MoveIT (Manage File transfer) service. 5+ years of experience in the operations of SMTP (Mail relay) service. Experience in Carbon Black (Bit9), McAfee (ePo), ACS (Access Control service), and MDM (Soti) will be a plus.

About the department
DD&IT (Digital, Data & IT) India was established in February 2010 as an integral part of DD&IT (Digital, Data & IT) in HQ. From the beginning in 2010, the unit has grown to 900+ employees till date. The main role of DD&IT (Digital, Data & IT) India is to 'manage' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management.
