Upgrade experience is mandatoryAt Coforge we are hiring Senior SAP Basis consultant / Architect with below skillsRoles & Responsibilities• Design and architect SAP landscapes based on business requirements.• Provide recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.• Perform SAP installations, upgrades, and patches.• Monitor and optimize system performance and ensure high availability.• Manage SAP system security and access controls.• Diagnose and resolve complex SAP system issues.• Provide timely and effective support for incident resolution.• Implement best practices for SAP system performance tuning.• Analyze and optimize database performance.• Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems.• Conduct regular testing of backup and recovery procedures.• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support SAP projects.• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the Basis team.• Maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP landscapes and configurations.• Ensure that all processes and procedures are well-documented and kept up-to-date.Required SkillsIn-depth knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, Solution Manager, SAP Web dispatcher, Cloud – connector, Network, firewall, SAP HANA Database, Microsoft SQL database, SAP Single-Sign-On, SAML configuration.• Strong expertise in SAP installations, upgrades, migrations, System refresh and system copies.• Proficient in SAP performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system monitoring.• Experience with SAP security and authorization concepts.• Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• SAP certifications required.
