Job Title:Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Technical ConsultantLocation:BengaluruExperience:10+ yearsEmployment Type:Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for an experiencedOracle HCM Fusion Cloud Technical Consultantto support theimplementation, customization, and production supportof Oracle HCM Cloud modules, includingCore HR, Payroll, and System Administration . The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise inOracle Cloud technologies, integrations, and reporting tools , with experience managing bothsingle and multi-Business Groupenvironments.Key Responsibilities:Implementation & Enhancement:Participate in theend-to-end implementationof Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) modules — from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.Design and developcustom solutions, cloud extensions, and integrationsto meet business requirements.Collaborate with functional teams to translate business processes into scalable technical solutions within theOracle Cloud HCMenvironment.Develop and configureHCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI analyses .Design and implementIntegrations using HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL, HCM Extracts, REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services .Supportcloud data migrationactivities, including mapping, transformation, and validation of employee and payroll data.Production Support:ProvideL2/L3 production supportfor Oracle HCM Cloud applications.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related tointegrations, data loads, and payroll processes .Monitor system performance, scheduled jobs, and data interfaces in theOracle Cloudenvironment.Work with Oracle Support to resolve service requests (SRs) and apply quarterly updates or patches.System Administration & Cloud Maintenance:Manageuser roles, security profiles, and HCM security configurationsacross multiple Business Groups.Maintaincloud environments , monitor scheduled processes, and ensure data integrity.Participate inOracle Cloud quarterly release testingand regression validation.Ensure adherence toOracle Cloud best practicesfor configuration, extensions, and integrations.Technical Skills:Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Modules– Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Security.Strong experience withHCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL, FBL , andCloud Data Conversions .Expertise inHCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Fast Formulas .Hands-on experience withOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)for building and managing integrations.Working knowledge ofREST/SOAP APIsandWeb Servicesfor Oracle Cloud HCM.Knowledge ofPaaS and SaaSextensions —VBCS, ADF, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) .Proficiency inSQL, PL/SQL, XML, and JSON .Familiarity withOracle Cloud Security, Roles, and Data Access Models .Functional Knowledge:Understanding ofHR and Payroll business processesin a cloud environment.Experience withmulti-country payroll configurationsandmulti-Business Group setups .Familiarity withstatutory and compliance requirementsin cloud HCM deployments.Ability to partner with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders for solution delivery.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(Technical or Integration) preferred.Minimum5+ years of Oracle HCM technical experience , with at least3+ years in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) .Soft Skills:Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proven ability to work effectively in a global and cross-functional environment.Self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous learning in the evolving Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
