Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Gurgaon. The HR Manager will also be responsible for strategic HR planning to align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Skills in employee relations and staff welfare management
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the office automation or technology industry is a plus
