As a Finance Associate, you will play a critical role in managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making for a fast-growing startup.

Job Overview:

Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level? We're looking for a skilled and driven Sr. Finance Executive to join our growing team. As a senior to the Finance Associate, you will play a pivotal role in financial analytics, MIS, cash flow management, and supporting strategic initiatives, including fundraising efforts.

This role is perfect for a finance professional with a sharp analytical mindset, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. 

Your Key Responsibilities:

● Financial Planning & Analytics:

○ Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making.

○ Prepare, monitor, and report on MIS (Management Information Systems) to provide actionable insights. ○ Assist in creating financial models to assess business performance and opportunities.

● Cash Flow & Budget Management:

○ Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity.

○ Oversee budget preparation and performance tracking to maintain financial health.

○ Recommend measures to improve cost-efficiency and financial sustainability.

● Support Strategic Initiatives:

○ Collaborate closely with the Finance Manager on key strategic activities, including fundraising efforts.

○ Prepare financial projections and pitch decks for investors and stakeholders.

○ Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and investors.

● Process Optimization:

○ Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations.

○ Ensure compliance with all internal controls, regulations, and reporting requirements.

○ Book-keeping.

● Team Collaboration:

○ Act as a mentor to the Finance Associate, guiding them on day-to-day tasks and financial best practices. ○ Work cross-functionally with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives. 

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess:

● A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial analytics, MIS, or corporate finance.

● Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Excel-based modeling.

● Strong knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

● Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.

● Experience in fundraising processes and financial due diligence (preferred but not mandatory).

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative attitude.
