Connection Design Engineer
We are looking for a skilled Connection Design Engineer to join our Engineering team @chennai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on medium to large-scale projects, including industrial facilities and commercial structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis and design of various steel connections in compliance with AISC standards.
- Develop connection design reports and prepare related details using Revit/AutoCAD.
- Review shop drawings and erection drawings for accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external stakeholders such as fabricators, EORs, and detailers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's in Structural Engineering is preferred.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Mathcad, Descon, RAM Connections, Revit, AutoCAD, HILTI, MS Excel, and basic Tekla.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
