We build award winning software across AI, Automation, Data & Analytics, Security and Cloud.About Unica Product: - The HCL Unica+ Marketing Platform enables our customers to deliver precision and high-performance Marketing campaigns across multiple channels like social media, AdTech Platforms, Mobile Applications, Websites, etc. The Unica+ Marketing Platform is a Data and AI first platform that enables our clients to deliver hyper-personalized offers and messages for customer acquisition, product awareness and retention.We are Seeking a Lead Java Developer (Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, JDBC, REST) with 7+ Yrs of Java Development Experience in Enterprise.Qualifications & Experiences :-Location: Belapur (Navi Mumbai Location). Note that 1st, 3rd, 5th Saturday are working.Compensation: Base salary, Plus Bonus.7+ yrs. of Java Development Experience in Enterprise Application Integration and Enterprise Data Integration across Web Applications, Middleware, Databases, and Transactional Systems.Expertise in Integration tools and frameworks like Spring Boot, Postman, Swagger, API GatewaysKnowledge of REST, JSON, XML, SOAP is a mustExperience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) like Treasure Data, Epsilon, Tealium, Adobe, Salesforce is advantageous.Experience in API development, including best practices for performance, error handling, security, automated testing, versioning, governance, automated observability, automated monitoring and deploymentExperience in developing solutions related to data ingestion (real-time and batch), transformation, enrichment, cleansing, data export using ETL and other techniquesExperience with Message Brokers like Apache Kafka, RabbitMQAbility to work well within an agile team environment and applying the related working methods.Experience working on & integrating with Cloud Platforms like: GCP, AWS, Azure and OpenShift is a plusExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsAbility to mentor team members.A 4-year degree in Computer Science or IT is a must.Java Certification will be advantageous.Responsibilities:-Design, develop, and implement integration solutions for HCL’s Marketing Platform (Unica) and Customer Data Platform (CDP) using Java , Microservices, REST APIs and API Gateways.Translate conceptual system & business requirements into technical data and integration requirementsDevelop efficient, scalable and reliable APIs & Connectors to integrate multiple applications, middleware, systems and data sourcesDevelop automated Unit Tests and automated monitoring scripts to ensure reliability and high quality of the delivered integrationsParticipate in research and make recommendations on the integration products and servicesMonitor integration processes and proactively identify and resolve performance or data quality issues.Provide ongoing maintenance and support for integration solutions.
