About Us:

As the Transport Market Truck Placement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient placement of trucks at Fair Rates.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Connect the Truck owners to fulfill the demand as per the company demand.

• Negotiation with truck owners.

• Track Transport Vehicle Movement on Daily Basis.

• Follow-up Trip till Unloading and POD Submission.

• POD Collection and Circulation.

• KYC

• Client/Vendor Interaction.

• Dispute Resolution.

• Manage/ Follow up and schedule Payment Process for Vendor

• Account Maintenenance

• Respond to Client Complain and Vendor/ Driver Query

• Maintain Excel Sheet for Data Base, record keeping.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in truck placement or a related role, with a focus on market placements.
• Deep understanding of container, open, and trailer types, as well as route specialization within the transportation industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with truck owners.
• Bachelor's degree
