  • Engage with stakeholders (internal & external) to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Translate stakeholder inputs into clear, concise, and detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRSs).
  • Prepare BRDs, user stories, use cases, flow diagrams, mock-ups, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, QA teams, and project managers for functional delivery.
  • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Visio, Figma, Pencil tool, or similar documentation and collaboration tools.
