This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsMin Experience: 18 years Location: Bangalore JobType: full-timeAs the Director of Quality Assurance, you will define and lead the Enterprise Readiness Quality strategy and roadmap for next-generation storage platforms. This role requires balancing near-term delivery priorities with a long-term vision for delivering industry-leading product quality, performance, and reliability. You will manage and mentor multiple engineering teams and technical leaders, embedding world-class quality engineering practices and driving the organization toward large-scale Test-Driven Development (TDD) within a fully integrated CI/CD ecosystem. Your leadership will champion an Automation-First approach to quality, ensuring the development of scalable automated test frameworks, advanced tooling, and robust infrastructure that boost developer productivity, accelerate innovation, and expand test coverage across product lines. In close partnership with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support, you will identify emerging use cases, address quality gaps, and establish data-driven quality benchmarks. You will introduce clear, actionable Quality Metrics that offer real-time visibility and foster accountability across teams while continuously improving overall product excellence.
