Job Description : We are looking for a talented and experienced Java Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will guide a team in creating a innovative software application, utilizing Java Spring Boot for back-end development and React Bootstrap for front-end development. This role demands a combination of technical proficiency and leadership skills to drive project success and ensure the delivery of high-quality results. Experience : 3- 5 years as Team Lead or Senior Developer Key Responsibility Area : - Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle. - Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of both front-end and back-end components of our software application. - Utilize Java Spring Boot for back-end services and React Bootstrap for creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Ensure that all development processes adhere to best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. - Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track. - Promote a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting continuous learning and development. Requirements : - Proven experience as a Team Lead or in a similar leadership role in software development. - Expertise in Java Spring Boot for back-end development and React Bootstrap for -front-end development. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Exposure to software quality & assurance - Experience with version control systems, such as Git. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on Java Spring Boot and React Bootstrap. - Proven experience in a leadership role is preferred. - Previous experience leading development teams and managing projects.
