Ground Staff Executive Fresher

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Ground Staff Executive to join our team at. As a Ground Staff Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's ground operations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience Handle ticketing, reservations, and other administrative tasks efficiently and accurately Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient boarding of passengers Assist passengers with special needs and provide support to unaccompanied minors Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations Handle baggage and cargo loading and unloading, as well as other ground handling duties as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Continuously update knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to passengers. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of basic computer applications and ticketing systems Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Physically fit and able to lift to 50 lbs.
