About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strong communicator with expertise in Workday Reporting to join our HR team. As an HR Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and improving the integrity of HR data in our Workday system. You will collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot data issues, generate meaningful insights, and create impactful reports and dashboards to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies in collaboration with HR and functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support HR and business leaders in decision-making.
  • Gather requirements for new reports/dashboards and design user-focused solutions.
  • Create and maintain data quality checks, audits, and documentation to ensure data integrity.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data modeling to support HR and business initiatives.
  • Continuously improve HR data processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Workday Reporting & Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience in data manipulation and visualization.
  • Knowledge of HR data governance principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
