Job Description : 

The role willbe responsible for –

Creating and executing the group level Talent Management and Developmentstrategy including key processes like talent identification, deployment anddevelopment to enable business strategy and growth targets. This includesbuilding an integrated talent management system through allied processes andmetrics like build buy ratios, critical roles identification and fulfilment,succession readiness and developmental programs to create a robust talent pipelineaimed at business sustainability and long term success.

Responsible for the Global Talent Management portfolio focused ondelivering business results and growth. This involves following processes andinitiatives –

· - Create and execute Talent management strategy frameworkencompassing key processes of talent identification, critical roles inventoryand mapping, talent development programs, policy & guidelines atorganization level

· - Drive succession planning to support the business objectivesthrough tracking and facilitation of build vs buy decisions, actioning &monitoring of talent in managerial and leadership grades and supporting theprocess of IDP creation.

· - Consulting and designing personalized or cohort basedinterventions to support talent development through building networks withpeople centric organisations, management institutes and consultingorganisations.

· - Develop and implement consistent methods and metrics to measurethe effectiveness of talent management processes through market research andother relevant benchmarks.

· - Provide strategic guidance and consulting support on talentrelated matters to Business HR

· - Responsible for effective upkeep of the Talent pool database,Critical roles inventory, Build Buy plans and Succession management.

· - Reporting and analytics around key talent management processes includingtracking of budgets, negotiations & execution of contracts with externalpartners. 

Educational Qualifications and Experience

·Post-graduate from premium B school possessing minimum post-graduationexperience of 8-10 years with at least 4 years in Talent and Learning function 

Knowledge and Skills ( Functional / Technical )

· - Ability to think conceptually across a variety of situations andtalent based topics and bring in a solutions oriented approach.

· - Ability to understand the fundamental drivers of the business andthe industry, and translate business strategy to talent capability

· - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, stronglistening skills

· - Proficient in MS Office
