Job Summary:


The Senior Information Technology Recruiter will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent across North America. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in North American recruiting, a strong network of IT professionals, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:


Source, identify, and engage top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet the ongoing staffing needs of our clients.


Full-Cycle Recruiting:


Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


Client Collaboration:


Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture.

Provide regular updates and insights to clients on recruitment progress and market trends.


Market Expertise:


Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry and recruitment practices.

Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to clients and internal stakeholders.


Compliance and Reporting:


Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).


Qualifications:


Education:


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

Experience:


Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically for the North American market.

Proven track record of successfully filling IT positions across various levels and technologies.

Experience working remotely and managing recruitment processes in different time zones.


Skills:


Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media for recruiting.
