Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for influencer marketing, and the ability to cultivate and close new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Lead Generation :
Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Sales Strategy and Execution :
Craft and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Present and demonstrate our influencer marketing solutions to prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management :
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs and objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis and Reporting :
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to the management team.
Collaboration and Coordination :
Work closely with the marketing and campaign management teams to align on client goals and deliverables.
Ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns from proposal to completion.
Continuous Improvement :
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing and digital media trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
