Asa Deputy Manager Solar Project at GRE Renew Enertech PrivateLimited you will be instrumental in overseeing and managing solarprojects from conception to completion. Your role will entailcoordinating project activities ensuring adherence to timelines andbudgets and driving project efficiency. To delineate expectationsclearly we have outlined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailoredto the requirements of the Deputy Manager Solar Projectposition.

FunctionalParameters:

  • ProjectPlanning andExecution:

Target: Lead the planning and execution of solar projects ensuringalignment with project objectives timelines andbudgets.

  • TeamManagement:

Target: Manage project teams includingengineers technicians and contractors to ensure effectivecoordination andcollaboration.

  • ResourceAllocation:

Target: Allocate resources efficiently including manpower equipment andmaterials to optimize projectoutcomes.

  • RiskManagement:

Target: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies tominimize project disruptions anddelays.

Target: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that solar projectsmeet or exceed industry standards and customerexpectations.

Requirements

FundamentalParameters:

Experience: Minimum3 to 4 years of proven experience in listedcompanies.

Qualification: B.EElectricals/Electronicsor any Diploma/Degree/Master s in relevant Engineering fromrecognisedinstitution.
