Key Responsibilities:At least 7+ years’ experience as SAP functional consultant in any of these module - MM/SD/ FI-CO/PP-QMMust have strong understanding of Best Practice Processes, Process Mapping, Business Requirement gathering etcHave proven experience in Pre-Sales works i.e. working on bid responses, proposal etcStrong understanding (not necessary to have these skills) of SAP Technology includingSAP ABAPBASISBTPStrong understanding of ‘Rise with SAP’ offering and understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Public and Private cloud offeringsPreferably good understanding of any of SAP’s SaaS offerings such as -SAP ARIBASAP SuccessFactorSAPAbility and proven experience to manage customer accounts and stakeholders Have proven experience of delivering SAP projects and managing team of functional and technical consultantsMust be proficient in SAP’s delivery methodologies ACTIVATE Must have proven experience in managing project with focus on Cost, Time and Delivery Quality Must have – knowledge of Activate Methodology (preferably certification), hands-on experience in delivering SAP project using ASAP methodology Strong communication, confident and quality presentation skillsStrong project planning (expertise in MS Projects) and delivery skills with proven experience at least 3 years as a delivery or project manager.Excellent business acumen and understandingBuild positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.Have knowledge and experience of SAP functional module(s) and/or SAP ABAP development.Proactive and Flexible to work across time zonesLead team of technical support consultants. Provide support, direction and mentorship in tech support and service delivery in multiple SAP product lines.Perform project/service management activities within the organization and leading team to achieve project/service objectives and stakeholders’ expectation.Research and implement best practices in SAP support services for high service quality, cost efficiency while ensuring procedures and policies followed.Accountable for Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes, ensuring coordination of relevant parties, effective communication to stakeholders, and service reviews for lesson learnt and best practices.Driving development of technical competencies & capability within the team and organization.Handle project management for small and medium size projects.
