Neurology Technician

Role & responsibilities

• Perform and monitor diagnostic procedures such as:
• Electroencephalogram (EEG)
• Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS)
• Electromyography (EMG)
• Evoked Potentials (EP)
• Prepare patients for tests, explain procedures, and ensure comfort.
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain neurodiagnostic equipment.
• Monitor recordings for technical accuracy and patient safety.
• Document patient information, procedures performed, and findings.
• Assist neurologists during diagnostic evaluations.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to hospital protocols

• Ensure proper storage and labeling of test data and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma / Degree in Neurotechnology, Neurodiagnostic, or related allied health sciences.
• 15 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of neurological diagnostic equipment and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and patient care skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a medical team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or on-call shifts if required.
