Job Location : Pune (Hinjewadi Phase 3) Position : Senior Engineer Experience : 6-8 Years Qualification : BE or B-Tech (Electrical/Electronics/ Instrumentation) No. Of Positions: 1

Roles and Responsibilities • Shall work as a Design Engg/ Sr. Design Engg/ associate Team lead for Project delivery team. • Responsible for electrical design, detailing and installation/commissioning of Equipment/SPM/Production line in manufacturing industry. • Responsible for Field verifications, installation & commissioning at site. • Responsible for leading multiple project tasks independently . • Responsible working with team to execute the complete project . • Support to Develop scopes of work, assumptions and clarifications, and man-hour estimates in response to Requests for Proposals. • Assures technical accuracy and quality of all work performed in the electrical department . • Develops design standards . • Reviews calculation methods to assure that they comply with all current regulatory and project requirements . • Accurately performs and/or checks electrical design calculations for electrical loads, short circuit and device coordination studies, voltage drop, etc. using standard electrical engineering software in accordance with applicable codes . • Prepares, reviews, and/or interprets drawings, specifications, and customer submittals . • Responds to client questions and comments. Monitor and resolve client issues . • Perform field verifications and evaluations of existing components/systems relative to condition/ upgrade capacity and drawing compliance. • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. • Perform risk management to minimize project risks. • Responsible for Project documentations by strict adherence to quality and ISO processes. • Responsible for error free output. • Responsible for checking team members work/ drawings before delivering to client if needed • Follow instructions from Project lead. • Shall understand the requirements of the project and implement to value additions in output. • Should be develop the new area of expertise within team. • Should build on new area of opportunities. • Responsible for working with different discipline/ stakeholders of project and getting exact information required to execute the tasks. • Shall provide information on project status to project lead. • Producing necessary design reports and documentation, project status report, prepare meeting MOM and publishing the same. • Flexibility to work with different projects/teams/ software/ type of work etc.

E-Plan/AutoCAD Electrical software,

PLC, HMI, SCADA. • Understanding of AutoCAD electrical schematic, selection of switchgear and design PLC panel. • Prepare I/O List, making electrical design changes for SPM's or equipment. • Electrical schematic design and detailing. • Knowledge of international standards. • Knowledge/experience about various PLC, HMI, SCADA. PLC and HMI programming skills will be added advantage.
