Job Description : Digital Marketer: SEO, LinkedIn and Design Support

Key Responsibilities

1. LinkedIn & Twitter Execution

  • Execute daily posting and repurposing of content across MASLs LinkedIn and Twitter handles.
  • Draft platform-relevant captions aligned with the brand tone and schedule posts accordingly.
  • Coordinate festival and event-based posts for VSJ Foundation.
  • Select impactful hashtags to maximize visibility and reach.

2. Graphic Design (Support Role)

  • Design carousels, event creatives, thumbnails, infographics, and PPT decks.
  • Collaborate with the videographer and Digital Marketing Lead on creative direction.
  • Deliver clean, strategic designs aligned with SEO and brand guidelines.
  • Independently execute assigned visual creatives as per the content calendar.

3. SEO Execution

  • Apply on-page SEO tactics to LinkedIn content, Google My Business (GMB) posts, and visuals.
  • Conduct keyword research and track performance under guidance of the Digital Marketing Lead.
  • Support SEO initiatives at campaign and post levels.

4. Article & Blog Support

  • Assist with editing, formatting, and research for articles/blogs.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Lead on content plans.
  • Contribute to thought leadership content as required.

5. Google My Business (GMB) Management

  • Maintain updated business listings with regular posts and visuals.
  • Ensure MASLs GMB reflects ongoing activities and events.

6. Social Media Growth Tracking

  • Monitor analytics and follower insights for LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Share monthly growth reports and recommend optimizations.

7. Industry Engagement

  • Engage with B2B/B2G industry posts through likes, comments, and shares.
  • Strengthen MASLs industry presence by amplifying relevant conversations.

8. Direct Messages & Query Handling

  • Manage incoming DMs on LinkedIn/Twitter.
  • Route queries to respective stakeholders and ensure timely, courteous responses.

Requirements

  • Any Graduate with excellent communication skills
  • Passionate, Sincere and Adaptable.
  • Minimum 3 Years relevant experience is required.
  • Preferable male candidate.
  • Salary bracket is up to 5LPA
