What You'll Do

  • Connect with participants via phone calls and WhatsApp for confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Post-masterclass: gather feedback from attendees and guide them on their next steps.
  • Maintain organized records in Google Sheets/Excel (registrations, attendance, follow-ups, conversions).
  • Support smooth engagement within our online community.
  • Work directly with the founder/mentor to understand how transformational programs are run.

What We're Looking For

  • Empathetic, people-oriented candidates with strong communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Comfortable making phone calls and engaging participants with warmth.
  • Basic familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and online tools (AI tools a plus).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a willingness to learn.
