Senior Data Engineer with Informaticaexpereince HYDERABAD/CHENNAI/anywhere in India

Were seeking a Data Engineer to join our team. Yourprimary responsibility will be developing and maintaining ETL(Extract Transform Load) processes using Informatica products likePowerCenter Power Exchange and Data Replication as well as Pythonfor data acquisition. Youll collaborate with onsite Subject MatterExperts (SMEs) to understand business requirements and translatethem into effective ETL solutions.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Design developtest and implement ETL processes using Informatica tools to extracttransform and load data from various sources into our EnterpriseData Hub or target systems.
  • Create andmaintain documentation including ETL specifications data mappingsand process workflows.
  • Troubleshoot andresolve issues related to data integration data quality andperformance in data acquisition workflows.
  • Ensure smooth operation of Informatica ETL processesincluding monitoring performance and ensuring data quality inproduction environments.

What youllbring:

  • Bachelors degree in computerscience or related field.
  • 8 years ofexperience in data engineering with Informatica PowerCenter PowerExchange & Data Replication.
  • Handsonexperience in Change Data Capture (CDC) and realtime dataloads.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience withSQL and noSQL databases.
  • Proficiency inhandling various filebased acquisitions like Flat files FixedwidthJSON XML.
  • Handson experience in Python orsimilar programming languages.
  • Basicexperience in Unix bash shell scripting and/or PowerShellscripting.
  • Familiarity with data modeling datacatalogs data formats and data pipelines/ETL design.
  • Experience with code management using CI/CD pipelines& Git Repository.
  • Understanding of datamanagement principles and best practices.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Informatica PowerCenter Power Exchange forCDC.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Python for data acquisition from differentAPIs.
  • Unix Shell scripting.

Nice to have Technical Skills:

  • Informatica Data Replication.
  • Apache Airflow.
  • Git RepositoryJenkins.
  • Automation skills using scriptinglanguages.
