Role Overview

We are looking for passionate PHP Developers at multiple levels (Experienced, Trainee, Internship, and Fresher) who are eager to build scalable and efficient web applications. Key Responsibilities

• Core PHP & Frameworks: Develop dynamic applications using Core PHP and frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
• Front-End Development: Build user-friendly interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap.
• AJAX & API Integration: Implement AJAX and RESTful APIs for seamless interactions.
• Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage databases using MySQL / MariaDB.
• Full-Stack Development: Collaborate across front-end and back-end components.
• Problem-Solving & Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and fix issues in development.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including designers, testers, and stakeholders.
• Code Quality: Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Technical Mentorship (For Experienced): Guide and support junior developers and trainees.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with new technologies and industry best practices.
• Task Execution: Manage priorities and deliver within deadlines.

Skills & QualificationsFor Experienced Candidates:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
• 3+ years of PHP development experience with Core PHP & frameworks (Laravel preferred).
• Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience with front-end libraries (React / ) is a plus.
• Proficiency in database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Familiarity with Git / version control systems.

For Trainee / Internship / Fresher:

• Basic knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL.
• Understanding of programming logic, OOP concepts, and database queries.
• Enthusiastic to learn frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, etc.).
• Good problem-solving and logical thinking ability.
• Eager to work in a team-oriented environment and grow professionally.
