  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Present and explain design concepts to stakeholders, integrating feedback effectively.


Tools and Skill Sets:

● Design Software:

○ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including:

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign


● Digital Tools:

○ Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Canva, and video editing software

like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.


● Typography & Layout:

○ Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and

composition.


● Project Management:

○ Experience using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or

Monday.com for task management and collaboration.


● Soft Skills:

○ Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team.

○ Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly on designs.


Requirements:

  • Experience : 2-3 years of work experience as a Graphic Designer in a professional setting.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work is required.
