The opportunity has become available for a seasoned Head Chef to drive our kitchen operation and create seasonal menus for our patrons. The Role As Head Chef, you will be in charge of our overall kitchen operations across the Bistro, Functions and Sports bar at The Camelia Grove Hotel. Catering to our loyal patrons daily and with a thriving functions offering, the kitchen offers a well organised, quality service and the opportunity to work with great produce from our suppliers Your role will involve all of the kitchen operation essentials, including the day to day management of the service, training and upskilling the brigade, back of house administration, building relationships with suppliers and designing unique seasonal specials and menus that get the tastebuds going. Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to multi task a busy operation will set you up for success and enable you to hit the ground running.
