Role Description :

We are seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join our dynamic team in Chennai.

- As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform.

- Your duties will include configuring and customizing the platform, developing and maintaining business processes, providing consultation on solution architecture, and implementing cloud computing solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform according to business requirements.

- Develop and maintain business processes, workflows, plugins, ribbon, business rules, business process flows, dashboards, and other CRM components.

- Provide technical expertise in coding using Java Script and C#.

- Utilize Power Automate and Azure Function for efficient workflow automation.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide accurate estimations for CRM customizations and testing.

- Participate in the full lifecycle of CRM implementations, from planning to deployment.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CE applications.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development.

- Strong functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Customer Service App.

- Proficiency in Power Pages.

- Experience with at least one full live CRM implementation.

- Strong technical skills in coding with Java Script and C#.

- Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Azure Function.

- Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 CE are preferred.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
