Senior Analyst – Planning & ReportingJob Description:
Main Responsibilities:
Collate, circulate, monitor & maintain the client level inputs templates from various brands across the region. Review & consolidate client inputs received from received from various brand / markets within the EMEA’s regional. The reporting would be excel based data and publishing reporting via PowerPoint. Cross validate the data from BPC/SAC to ensure accuracy and conformity of the numbers inputs received from multiple input sources. Prepare monthly key reports and ensure timely & error-free delivery of reports to various stakeholders. Support in managing various process deliverables as per agreed SLAs along with ensuring delivery of quality results to key stakeholders including dashboards, KPI reports and other key process metrics. Interact with various stakeholders to understand on Adhoc reporting requirements, set expectations, address concerns and discuss them with Reporting Manager. Responsible for maintaining process documentation. Should be able to multitask between deliverables and day to day activities. Co-ordinate with markets and commercial leaders to get the necessary inputs collected / updated on a timely basis Prepare & update necessary reporting formats and analysis as defined for the purposes of various reports. Manage access for various reports/data dumps maintained at entity, market or cluster levels.Professional Skills:
B.Com/M.Com/MBA with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in handling Client reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) & Reporting. The person is required to coordinate with various stakeholder across geographies and should be good in communication & interpersonal skills. Should be a quick learner and out-of-box thinker. Strong understanding of financial metrics and business structure. Should demonstrate high level of responsibility and commitment to the assigned activities. Agile and flexible on changing Adhoc requirements. Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint is must. Previous exposure to SAP SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) will be an added advantage.-
