Our Registered Nurse (RN) Sponsorship Program, which has been running for more than a decade, has helped over 500 nurses find incredible opportunities across the country. About the Role We currently have a range of placements for Registered Nurses in aged care available in regional communities, as part of our industry-leading RN Sponsorship Program. You will be employed by HealthX, then seconded to work for one of our partners – a leading aged care facility. HealthX will support you the entire time through our Soft Landing Program, which helps you transition smoothly into your new role and community. The Benefits of Working in Regional Aged Care Greater autonomy and clinical responsibility Exposure to diverse resident needs and care plans Access to professional development and leadership pathways The chance to explore new places, take on new adventures, and meet incredible people – all while advancing your career To Be Successful in the Role, You Will Have: Current AHPRA registration Minimum 24 months of experience at the Registered Nurse level in Australian aged care settings Strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate and prioritise workload The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Experience delivering safe, high-quality, resident-centred clinical care A genuine interest in experiencing life in regional Australia Experience or knowledge in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Health (highly regarded but not essential) What We Offer Relocation support through our Soft Landing Program Great work-life balance, competitive remuneration, and long-term career prospects Please note: These positions are not open to new or recent graduates.
