Required Understanding and experience:
8 Years Experience with Oracle HCM ERP technology
5 + Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud platform with deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Absence Management and benefits
Should have minimum 2-3 years of experience on end-to-end fusion HCM implementation projects
Excellent functional knowledge in setting up the lookups, values sets, work structures, Area of Responsibility, Configuration of HCM Process
Strong experience with in HDL (HCM Data Loader), FBL (File Based Loader), PBL (Payroll Batch Loader) conversion process.
Expertise in Fast Formulas, customization of the global data model for the HCM Extracts and Bursting logics.
Very Good knowledge in Roles and security.
Expertise with Bi-Directional Interfaces for Payroll, Benefits, Stocks, 401K, etc
