Job Summary:

Our operations team is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our growing business. The Accounts Receivable team is part of that important team.

As a billing executive, you are responsible for creating client profiles, creating invoices and credit memos, and updating customer profiles when necessary.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Generate invoice/ credit notes to clients as per agreement.
  • Compile and maintain documents and records of all billings.
  • Prepare monthly or periodic reports of all billings.
  • Obtaining customer information (in case of new customers) for creating a customer master
  • Submitting a daily report of sales bills to the management
  • Create and maintain the process documents.
  • Ensure all invoices are generated before month-end close.
  • Handle billing inquiries.
  • Prepare and present a report to your supervisor.
  • Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
