Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented Java Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team. If you are passionate about backend development, solving complex problems, and advancing your skills, this is the role for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, secure, and scalable Java-based solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Build enterprise-level applications supporting mission-critical business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend engineers and product managers, to create applications optimized for performance and usability.
  • Ensure adherence to development best practices, code quality, and security standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in distributed systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Java development, including strong knowledge of Java SE and Java EE .
  • Hands-on expertise with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and Hibernate or JPA .
  • Proficiency in object-oriented design (OOD) and design patterns (e.g., Singleton, Factory, Observer).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
  • Strong SQL skills with relational databases (e.g., MySQL , PostgreSQL ) and familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB , Cassandra ).
  • Familiarity with version control tools , particularly Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and development lifecycles.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with Cloud Platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes .
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems using tools like RabbitMQ or Kafka .
  • Exposure to Reactive Programming (Spring WebFlux, RxJava).
  • Frontend development experience with React , Angular , or Vue.js (optional).
  • Expertise in performance optimization for Java applications (e.g., JVM tuning, garbage collection).

Assessment & Interview Process:

  • Skill Assessments: Candidates will be required to complete assessments based on job-specific skills.
  • Mentor Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will go through interviews with experienced mentors to evaluate their expertise and fit for the role.
  • Preparation: Ensure you complete the assessments in a distraction-free environment with a stable internet connection . The same applies to interviews to maintain smooth communication and performance.
