The is responsible for planning, designing, and delivering training programs related to environment, health, and safety to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. The trainer plays a critical role in building a strong safety culture by enhancing employee awareness, knowledge, and competencies in EHS practices. Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, or related field. Certification in safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in EHS training or EHS operations in an industrial, construction, or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and safety management systems. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and training software/tools. Ability to communicate in local/regional languages is an advantage.
