Market Research Analyst

to join our team.

What you’ll do:Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences related to Kitchen Automation products in India.Analyze consumer behavior, purchasing patterns, and market segmentation to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.Gather data on market size, growth potential, and key opportunities for market penetration and expansion in India & abroadMonitor and track competitor activities, including product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret research findings and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Support product development initiatives by providing market insights and customer feedback to guide feature prioritization and product enhancements.Prepare and present insightful reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.Help inform decision-making regarding marketing & sales decisions using a consistent & regularly maintained research disciplineStay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the Kitchen Automation sector.

What we think you’ll need:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience (2-4 years) in market research or business analysis, preferably within the consumer electronics, home appliances, or technology sectors.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise reports and presentations.Proficiency in using market research tools and databases and data analysis softwareStrategic mindset with a keen interest in emerging technologies and innovation.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic start-up environment.Knowledge of the Indian consumer market and cultural nuances is highly desirable.
