As a part of our dynamic team, you’ll work alongside industry leaders and visionaries todrive innovation and execution across multiple functions.Role: Head of AIWe are seeking an exceptional Head of AI to lead the research, development, and deploymentof advanced AI and ML models that power our SaaS platform. This leadership role demands arare combination of deep technical expertise, product intuition, strategic thinking, and a strongability to drive impact at scale. You will be at the forefront of transforming ambitious AI conceptsinto production-ready solutions that deliver real business value.Key Responsibilities● Define and own the AI roadmap and strategy in alignment with product and businessgoals.● Architect and build state-of-the-artAI/ML systemsand pipelines that are robust,scalable, and maintainable.● Lead and mentor a high-performing team of machine learning engineers, data scientists,and applied researchers.● Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to integrate AI solutionsseamlessly into user-facing features.● Explore and apply the latest advancements inNLP, LLMs, generative AI, and otherrelevant domainsto enhance our core product.● Oversee data collection, annotation, and governance processes to fuel AI innovationresponsibly and ethically.● Establish best practices for experimentation, model training, evaluation, and continuousdeployment in production.● Collaborate with executive leadership to assess AI feasibility, prioritize initiatives, andcommunicate outcomes.Requirements-● 7+ years of experience inAI/ML development, with 3+ years in a leadership or strategicrole.● Strong expertise inmachine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI (LLMs,transformers, etc.).● Proficiency inPythonand ML frameworks such asTensorFlow, LangGraph, PyTorch,Hugging Face Transformers.● Experience deploying models in production at scale using cloud infrastructure(AWS/GCP/Azure).● Solid understanding ofMLOpspractices, including versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD forML.● Proven ability to lead and grow world-class AI teams and foster a culture of innovation.● Track record of successfully shipping AI-driven features or products.● PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or relatedfields is preferred.If Interested Please share your resume at
